Where to find the best wiring info for free on line.
I have 3 wires from celing and 5 wires that need connected from the fan. (The copper ground I know what to do with. ) Red and White wires from celing need to connect to fan wires , Black,Blue,White, and 2 green ground. What colors do i connect together, what do I do with the extra wires?

Here's a quick guess, ( don't know where the light fixture comes in).
You have 3 wires coming from the ceiling.
Green - Ground, Bare (You know all of these go together)
White should not have any power in them and all whites should go together (Common)
Red should be hot coming from the wall switch.
Fan Wires - Blue or Black should go to the fan and it's light kit if it has one. - If you have no light kit on the fan, you can tie it off. It is easier to connect the black and blue wires together and to the red ceiling wire.
If you had two wires coming from 2 wall switches, then you would keep them separate. Ours here in SPAIN had the 1 wire from the switch and when I tied the two (fan and light) wires together, I keep the pull chain for the light on and when I turn on the wall switch, the light comes on. I use fan pull chain to turn the fan on when I need it (when the switch is on) and I pull the light chain off if I need the fan without the light.
I wired many hundreds of ceiling fans as an electrician when I lived in New Jersey and although there are different voltages here in Spain many fans have several different color wires but they all work the same.
    Good Luck ! ! !

black and blue are your power for the fan and the light, as far as the red and white from the ceiling, cant tell you with out checking it ... take off the wall switch if there is one and look at that. if there is no switch red is your power and white is neutral.

But as always, check your house wires with pair of checkers or a meter. In addition, I have 3 different brands I am installing right now, and all 3, black is for the fan and the blue is for the lights.
