    Is it 3 phase 400V 50Hz? or 3 phase 415V 50Hz?

    it is the same as in England as the system is UK wide.
    for 3 phase use 415V (although a typical voltage will be around400v)
    for single phase its 240V again typically 230V supplied.
    both are RMS Voltages.
