ok so the entire area of the house measures 1,108ft squared, with out the garage and 1,372ft squared with the garage.

I need the bid of the house

not to build it but for labor and cost of materials, just a rough estimate

    flooring costs
    :

Hardwood: $107 per box (covers 35feet squared)

Carpet: $91.26/CT Carton Covers 35 Sq. Ft.

tile; $65.85/Carton Covers 3.52 Sq. Ft.

sheetrock: $6.82per sheet 4x10 (for garage wall only)

    paint: $10.97/Each (covers 10.67sqft)

this is for a school project called so many contractors and they couldnt help except for one guy who said the job will cost $150,000 to $160,000, lol, and the guy who was at homedepot looked like he dropped out of highschool and dont give a rats asz

your coverages are unreal, paint goes 200 sq' per gallon, flooring is by the sq, 10x10. I don't understand what you are asking, remodeling, or building?

There are many variables to consider, but the price I would quote, based on your choices, is about $135,000. This is just for the house, not for land. This price also can vary depending where you live. Labor is cheaper in Alabama than San Francisco. BTW, some of your costs are off. Any wall of the garage that adjoins the house, plus the entire ceiling, need to be 5/8" drywall, which is about double your estimated price. A gallon of paint covers approx. 400 sq ft of wall space. A carton of tile covers 12-15 sq ft. Hope this helps a little.

This is a question ,that would be best answered in person. But i will give you my opinion. First off a lot depends on when you start building and how quickly you can get all your material together. A lot also depends on the region you are in. Lumber prices are constantly fluctuating ,and copper is expensive, I could go on but I will say you are looking at around $130,000 to $140,000
I do remodels and add ons on the side, just 4 weeks ago a 2x4x92 5/8 was $1.55 now it is $2.10 A 2x4x8 was $2.05 now it is $2.37 Good Luck
