    Is this normal? anyone have any experience with this, the pool presently filling and has not reached the stairs. Wondering what type of hell i should give the pool company when they get here.

    We had this happen 3 years ago. Once the water get to the steps it should smooth out some. But I would ask the installers what is the problem. I know when ours was done they told us to not fill it until the tempature outside was at least 70. Said it would help the process.
